Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and professional return process for our customers.

Returns are primarily accepted in cases where:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • An incorrect item was sent
  • The product does not match the description on our website

In these cases, customers are eligible for either:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement or exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, at the customer’s choice

For qualifying cases listed above, return shipping is free of charge within the United States, and no restocking fee applies.


International Orders (Outside the United States)

International returns are possible.

If the return is requested because the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, does not match the description, or the customer received a different product than what was ordered, and the customer provides clear supporting evidence (photos and/or video), the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid.

For international orders, return shipping and any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee for international returns.


Returns Due to Change of Mind

If the product received is correct, non-defective, and matches the description, but the customer decides to return it due to a change of mind, preference, or no longer wishing to keep the item, the return may still be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

For international orders (outside the United States), customers are also responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return

Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return if opened or used, including but not limited to:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Fragrances

Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and variant before placing your order. Only eligible cases described in this policy qualify for returns.


Additional Conditions

  • Customers must provide a valid tracking number for all returns
  • ElsyStyle is not responsible for lost or unverified return shipments
  • Abandoned, rejected, or refused packages are not eligible for return
  • Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for return

Refunds or store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 5 to 30 days from the date the returned item is received and verified by our warehouse.

Returns initiated outside the allowed return window will not be accepted.
